Really enjoyed our stay, had wonderful 3 days overall. Our deluxe twin room was new-fashioned with behind the walls as well as free breakfast as advertised. The staff were knowledgeable and outstandingly accommodating day and night. Btw, the airport was 30 km away.

The location in the heart of the Old Quarter made exploring attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature easy. The staff were genuinely attentive, especially Ms. Luna and Mr Max, who assisted us with bookings and even packed snacks for our early bus ride. The spa facilities provided much-needed relaxation amidst the city's hustle, though the room could use some maintenance.

I had a fantastic stay at Amara with its perfect location in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was delicious, though the hall could've been cleaner, and I heard some noise during the night. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Honestly, the staff at this hotel were amazing! Super friendly and went out of their way to help, even organizing our transportation and activities. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and tons of great restaurants nearby. Plus, the breakfast had a nice variety with made-to-order options that hit the spot for our mornings.
The room left a lot to be desired. It really felt outdated and noisy—seriously, we could hear sounds from the kitchen all morning! No phone in the room and some plugs didn’t even work. The view was just a brick wall, which was super disappointing. I think they need a serious revamp to match the great service.

Perfect base for exploring
The breakfast was seriously excellent, and Peter helped me plan the Ha Giang loop, even checking in on me like a caring friend.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I got.
